Gurugram, 17 November (IANS). Gurugram police have arrested the third accused involved in the murder of a 52-year-old businessman. Officials gave this information on Tuesday.
The third accused arrested has been identified as Mohit alias Jia of Garhi Harsaru village in Gurugram.
Police have recovered a helmet, a stick, a mobile phone and a scooty from the possession of the accused.
The Manesar and Furu Khanagar crime branch team arrested the culprit from the Furu Khanagar bus base after a specific information.
Two other accused, Rohit alias Monu, were arrested on 17 October and Rohit alias Jhabbar was arrested on 7 November.
ACP (crime) Preet Pal Sangwan said, during interrogation, Mohit revealed that the car of the deceased had hit Rohit’s scooty on October 11, after which he called his other friends and called the deceased with sticks, baseball bat etc. Ruthlessly beaten and ran away.
