Los Angeles, November 17 (IANS). Actress Rebel Wilson has revealed that she used to eat up to 3,000 calories most days before the start of her weight loss journey.
Wilson told People.com, “At first I used to eat up to 3,000 calories and since most of them were carbs, I used to feel hungry.”
He further said, so I changed it to high protein diet, but it was challenging because I did not consume much meat. I started eating fish, salmon and chicken breast.
The actress fiercely lost her weight during the epidemic.
He said, I took a lot of time to relax and relieve myself, because most of my stress was related to my work.
