New Delhi, 19 November (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate a Virtual 3G Global Renewable Energy Investment Meeting and Expo (Re-Invest 2020) on 26 November.
The inaugural session will also be attended by the UK’s Secretary of State for Trade, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Denmark’s Minister of Energy, Utilities and Climate.
Renewable Energy Minister RK Singh said the event would be based on the success of the first two editions held in 2015 and 2018 and would provide an international platform to promote investment in renewable energy.
The event will provide an opportunity to various countries, states, business houses and organizations to showcase their strategies, achievements and expectations. It will collaborate and facilitate with key stakeholders in India, which today has emerged as one of the largest renewable energy markets in the world.
