Canberra, 22 November (IANS). On Sunday, a man was attacked by a shark on Western Australia’s famous beach, killing him.
According to a BBC report, 22 people have died in shark attacks in the country this year.
The incident took place near Cable Beach in Broome town, after the attack the man was pulled out of the water, but died shortly after.
After the incident, the general public has been stopped from going to the beach, while people have also been asked to avoid going into the water.
Although the species has not been identified yet, the hunt for sharks continues.
